The Offering Document of the Funds mentioned in table below have been amended, through Supplements to the Offering Documents, to reflect the changes.
The aforementioned amendments have been made with Trustees’ consent, followed by approval of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP).
The notice is being given to all unit holders in compliance with regulation 44 (6) of the Non-Banking Finance Companies and Notified Entities Regulations, 2008 and the constitutive documents of the Funds.
