Notice for Amendment in Offering Document of HBL Financial Planning Fund and HBL Islamic Financial Planning Fund

Unit holders of the HBL Financial Planning Fund and HBL Islamic Financial Planning Fund are hereby notified that there has been an amendment in the offering document of the above mentioned funds with regard to the expense ratio.
The aforementioned amendment has been made with Trustee’s consent, followed by approval of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP).
The notice is being given to all unit holders in compliance with Non-Banking Finance Companies and Notified Entities Regulations, 2008 and the constitutive documents of the Fund.
