Notice for the Change in Offering Documents of HBL Cash Fund, Money Market Fund & HBL Islamic Money Market Fund

Unit holders of the Funds mentioned below are hereby notified the changes in the Authorized Investments of the following funds. With regards to these changes the Supplemental Offering Documents can be viewed at www.hblasset.com
The Consolidated Offering Document of the Funds mentioned in table below have been amended and are available on our website.
The aforementioned amendments have been made with Trustees’ consent, followed by approval of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP).
The notice is being given to all unit holders in compliance with regulation 44 (7) of the Non-Banking Finance Companies and Notified Entities Regulations, 2008 and the constitutive documents of the Funds.
These changes would be effective from March 09th, 2020.
