Unit holders of HBL Income Fund are hereby notified the change in the Offering Document of the fund. With regards to these changes the Supplemental Offering Document can be viewed at www.hblasset.com

The Consolidated Offering Document of HBL Income Fund has been amended and is available on our website.
The aforementioned amendment have been made with Trustees’ consent, followed by an intimation to the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP).
The notice is being given to all unit holders in compliance with regulation 44 (7) of the Non-Banking Finance Companies and Notified Entities Regulations, 2008 and the constitutive documents of the Funds.
These changes would be effective from April 20th, 2020.
