Notice for the Change in Offering Document & Trust Deed of HBL Islamic Asset Allocation Fund (HBL –IAAF)

Unit holders of HBL Islamic Asset Allocation Fund are hereby notified the change in the Offering Document and the Trust Deed. With regards to these changes the Supplemental Offering Document and Supplemental Trust Deed can be viewed at www.hblasset.com
The amendments in both the constitutive documents have been made with Trustees’ consent, followed by an approval from the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP).
The notice is being given to all unit holders in compliance with regulation 44 (7) of the Non Banking Finance Companies and Notified Entities Regulations, 2008 and the constitutive documents of the Funds.
These changes would be effective from June 22nd, 2020.
