Notice for the Change in Offering Documents of HBL Pension Fund and HBL Islamic Pension Fund

Unitholders of HBL Pension Fund and HBL Islamic Pension Fund are hereby notified a change in the offering documents in compliance to amendments made in Voluntary Pension System Rules, 2005 on 23rd August, 2021 via S.R.O. 1069 (I) /2021.
With regards to these changes, Fifth Supplemental Offering Document of HBL Pension Fund and Sixth Supplemental Offering Document of HBL Islamic Pension Fund can be viewed at www.hblasset.com
The Consolidated Offering Documents of the Funds have been amended and are
available on our website.
The aforementioned amendments have been made with the consent of Trustee and the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan’s (SECP).
The notice is being given to all unitholders in compliance with consent issued by SECP and as per the regulation 67 (J) of the Non-Banking Finance Companies and Notified Entities Regulations, 2008 and the constitutive documents of the Fund.
The changes in the Offering Documents of HBL Pension Fund and HBL Islamic Pension Fund would be effective from September 01, 2022.
