Position Description:
- Responsible for successful business generation in assigned region.
- To explore and develop areas of business opportunities.
- To achieve business targets within assigned time lines.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure achievement of individual targets.
- Service existing and potential retail clients of HBL AMC.
- Actively search for new sales lead and maintain close liaison with existing clients.
- Conduct client meetings on daily basis and keep an active pool of prospects readily available.
- Ensure that all forms are filled properly and steps involved in risk profiling and KYC are done as per policy.
- Actively participate in retail activities like Road Shows to tap additional clients.
- Maintain liaison with investor services department to address any direct leads.
- Ensure high level of service standard for clients consistent with brand name.
- Familiarize oneself with new products and market developments and let the team leader know of any training needs.
- Send activity reports (client visits) on daily basis.
Required Competencies to successfully perform:
- Strong selling skills.
- Effective communication skills (written & verbal both).
- Effective client management skills.
- Sound knowledge of AMC industry’s product offerings.
Required Education & Experience:
- Minimum graduation from any HEC recognized university, CMFD certified will be preferred.
- Minimum 3+ years’ relevant experience.
