Manager/Senior Manager Corporate Sales

Position Description:

The position will be responsible for interacting with customers and potential clients, presenting the company’s products or services, and closure of business deals.

Job Responsibilities:

  • To establish sales opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, area mapping, building relationships, conducting outdoor activities.
  • Build corporate database and be responsible for lead generation and deal closure.
  • Developing sales pitches and materials using self-conducted market analysis.
  • Meeting with potential clients to determine their needs and interests in order to develop a tailored sales strategy
  • Maintaining relationships with current/new clients and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Recommending new products or services to existing clients/new clientele to increase business opportunities with them.
  • Identify improvements or new requirements by remaining updated with on industry trends, competitor activities & offerings.
  • Tasks assigned on as and when basis.

Required Competencies:

  • Able to coordinate and manage the corporate sales clientele of a company to maximize profit.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Successful experience in proactive sales and the ability to effectively close corporate business.
  • Self-starter with outstanding Customer Service skills.
  • Strong selling skills.
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise.

Required Education & Experience:

  • Minimum Graduate or any other equivalent qualification from any HEC recognized or well reputed university, CMFD preferred.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of banking sector or asset management industry experience
