Position Description:
The position will be responsible for interacting with customers and potential clients, presenting the company’s products or services, and closure of business deals.
Job Responsibilities:
- To establish sales opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, area mapping, building relationships, conducting outdoor activities.
- Build corporate database and be responsible for lead generation and deal closure.
- Developing sales pitches and materials using self-conducted market analysis.
- Meeting with potential clients to determine their needs and interests in order to develop a tailored sales strategy
- Maintaining relationships with current/new clients and identifying new business opportunities.
- Recommending new products or services to existing clients/new clientele to increase business opportunities with them.
- Identify improvements or new requirements by remaining updated with on industry trends, competitor activities & offerings.
- Tasks assigned on as and when basis.
Required Competencies:
- Able to coordinate and manage the corporate sales clientele of a company to maximize profit.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Successful experience in proactive sales and the ability to effectively close corporate business.
- Self-starter with outstanding Customer Service skills.
- Strong selling skills.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise.
Required Education & Experience:
- Minimum Graduate or any other equivalent qualification from any HEC recognized or well reputed university, CMFD preferred.
- Minimum 7-10 years of banking sector or asset management industry experience
