  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills: Proven ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Relevant Experience: Significant experience in sales, support, or a related field, with a proven track record of success.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Role:
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
    • Identify new business opportunities and pursue them proactively.
  • Support Role:
    • Provide exceptional customer support and resolve complex issues.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
    • Analyze customer feedback and identify opportunities for process improvement.
