Customer Experience

Support operational decision-making through data analysis, reporting, and BI dashboards.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyse operational data and track KPIs
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports
  • Write SQL queries and perform ad-hoc analysis
  • Ensure data accuracy and quality
  • Support process and reporting improvements

Required Competencies:

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies.

  • Basic SQL and Python skills
  • Experience with BI tools (Power BI)
  • Basic knowledge of SQL Server
  • Understanding of data warehousing and ETL concepts

Required Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from HEC recognized university, Information Systems, or related field
  • 1–2 years in data, BI, or operations analytics

Position Description:

BI & Analytics Developer will support the development of data warehouse and ETL processes,
automation of BI reporting & dashboard creation, and contribute to basic predictive analytics.
This role is ideal for individuals with a foundational understanding of business intelligence and
data visualization, eager to enhance operational decision-making within the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
  • Provide data cleansing and validation support to ensure accurate analytics.
  • Collaborate with Senior BI Developer on automating manual reports and enhancing visualization.
  • Support in trend analysis and predictive modelling by preparing datasets.
  • Work closely with compliance and finance teams to standardize data reporting structures.
  • Assist in troubleshooting dashboard performance and data security settings.

  • Collaborative Approach – Works closely with Senior BI Developer, vendors and cross-functional teams.
  • Technical Problem-Solving – Supports in troubleshooting data inconsistencies.
  • Strong foundational skills in BI tools, SQL, and data warehousing concepts.
  • Ability to interpret data patterns and contribute to actionable insights.
  • Eager to learn predictive analytics methodologies and automation tools.

Required Education & Experience:

  • BS in Computer Science or equivalent
  • 2–3 years of experience in data warehousing, ETL, business intelligence reporting.
