This role manages day-to-day marketing operations, ensuring timely execution of activities, smooth delivery of giveaways, and adherence to brand and regulatory standards. It requires close coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and consistent quality across all marketing touchpoints.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely implementation and execution of marketing campaigns and activities.
  • Oversee digital media channels for adherence to brand guidelines, monitor customer feedback and competitor activity, and compile performance insights.
  • Compile and present social media performance reports, managing lead flow to the sales team and tracking conversions and AUM outcomes.
  • Conduct weekly website reviews to ensure brand alignment and a seamless user experience, while coordinating with internal teams and the website vendor for timely content and document updates.
  • Oversee end-to-end sponsorship execution, coordinating with sponsors, vendors, and the sales team, and ensuring availability of marketing collaterals.
  • Design marketing material and collaterals in liaison with the designer, ensuring brand and communication consistency.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely dispatch and superior quality of giveaways and marketing collaterals, while maintaining inventory.
  • Manage upkeep of Saving Center branding and ensure timely provision and restocking of marketing and product collaterals.
  • Manage marketing-related payments, including pre-approvals and timely disbursements to stakeholders.
  • Maintain adherence to brand guidelines and regulatory requirements across all touchpoints and collaterals.
  • Execute CSR initiatives (if any) through coordination with internal and external teams.

Required Competencies to successfully perform:

  • Strong working knowledge of marketing operations, including brand execution, digital platforms, and promotional activities.
  • Good understanding of the mutual fund industry, market dynamics, and emerging trends.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects, sponsorships, and marketing initiatives with attention to detail and timely delivery.
  • Skilled in building and maintaining productive relationships with sponsors, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Urdu.

Required Education & Experience:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline from a reputable / HEC recognized institution.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
