Job Responsibility:
- Assist in the processing of transactions, including subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers.
- Support the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and efficient operations.
- Assist in reconciling balances with custodians and other relevant parties.
- Monitor and resolve exceptions, discrepancies, and inquiries related to mutual fund operations.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related.
- Support projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.
Required Competencies:
· Knowledge of Fund Management System of CDC for uploading various transactions.
· Having good command of MS Excel for data presentation
· Knowledge of WHT/CGT calculations.
· Knowledge of Taxation and Knowledge of Monthly Income Plans and different operations transactions.
Required Education & Experience:
Minimum Bachelor’s from HEC recognized university
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience
