Support operational decision-making through data analysis, reporting, and BI dashboards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyse operational data and track KPIs
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports
• Write SQL queries and perform ad-hoc analysis
• Ensure data accuracy and quality
• Support process and reporting improvements

Required Competencies:

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies.

• Basic SQL and Python skills
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI)
• Basic knowledge of SQL Server
• Understanding of data warehousing and ETL concepts

Required Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from HEC recognized university, Information Systems, or related field

• 1–2 years in data, BI, or operations analytics
