Position Description:

  • Responsible for successful business generation in assigned region.
  • To explore and develop areas of business opportunities.
  • To achieve business targets within assigned time lines.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure achievement of individual targets.
  • Service existing and potential retail clients of HBL AMC.
  • Actively search for new sales lead and maintain close liaison with existing clients.
  • Conduct client meetings on daily basis and keep an active pool of prospects readily available.
  • Ensure that all forms are filled properly and steps involved in risk profiling and KYC are done as per policy.
  • Actively participate in retail activities like Road Shows to tap additional clients.
  • Maintain liaison with investor services department to address any direct leads.
  • Ensure high level of service standard for clients consistent with brand name.
  • Familiarize oneself with new products and market developments and let the team leader know of any training needs.
  • Send activity reports (client visits) on daily basis.

 

Required Competencies to successfully perform:

  • Strong selling skills.
  • Effective communication skills (written & verbal both).
  • Effective client management skills.
  • Sound knowledge of AMC industry’s product offerings.

 

Required Education & Experience:

  • Minimum graduation from any HEC recognized university, CMFD certified will be preferred.
  • Minimum 3+ years’ relevant experience.
