Unit holders of the Funds mentioned below are hereby notified that the Pricing Mechanism of these funds has been changed from Forward Pricing to Backward Pricing. With regards to this change the Supplemental Offering Documents can be viewed at our website www.hblasset.com
The Offering Document of the Funds mentioned in table below have been amended, through Supplements to the Offering Documents, to reflect the changes.
The aforementioned amendments have been made with Trustees’ consent, followed by approval of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP).
These changes will be effective from January 15, 2018.
