Notice for Book Closure of HBL Total Treasury Exchange Traded Fund (HBL TETF)

This is with reference to Second Supplemental Offering Document of HBL Total Treasury Exchange Traded Fund (HBL TETF) as approved by the Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan vide letter dated November 08, 2023 which enhances the face value of the units of (HBL TETF) from PKR 10 to PKR 100 per unit accordingly. This ETF was initially launched on September 12, 2022 with the face value of PKR 10 per unit.
In order to give effect for this change in face value, it is decided that the transfer books shall remain close from 19 December, 2023 to 21 December, 2023 (both days inclusive). All brokers, unit-holders & concerned stakeholders are being informed through this notice that the trading in ETF units shall resume from 22 December, 2023 as per normal practice The relevant Supplementary Offering Document reflecting above change is available on the company
