Notice for Change in Authorized Investment of HBL- Islamic Financial Planning Fund

Unit holders of the HBL-IFPF are hereby notified that the management of HBL Asset Management Limited has added HBL Islamic Dedicated Equity Fund as the Authorized Investment of HBL Islamic Financial Planning Fund. With regards to this change the Supplemental Offering Document can be viewed at www.hblasset.com.
The aforementioned amendment has been made via 7th Supplement Offering Document of HBL Islamic Financial Planning Fund (HBL-IFPF) with Trustee’s consent, followed by approval of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP).
The notice is being given to all unit holders in compliance with regulation 44 (7) of the Non-Banking Finance Companies and Notified Entities Regulations, 2008 and the constitutive documents of the Fund.
These changes would be effective from October 30th, 2020.
