Unit holders of the HBL-FPF are hereby notified that the management of HBL Asset Management Limited has updated existing risk profile in line with Circular no. 32 of 2020. With regards to this change the Supplemental Offering Document can be viewed at www.hblasset.com.
The aforementioned amendment has been made via 6th Supplement Offering Document of HBL Financial Planning Fund (HBL-FPF) with Trustee’s consent, followed by intimation to Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP).
The notice is being given to all unit holders in compliance with regulation 44 (6) of the Non-Banking Finance Companies and Notified Entities Regulations, 2008 and the constitutive documents of the Fund.
These changes would be effective from 21 December 2020.
