Unit holders of enlisted below Collective Investment Schemes managed by HBL Asset Management Limited are hereby notified for amendments made in the respective Offering Documents of Funds.
1. Third Supplemental Offering Document of HBL Growth Fund
2. Third Supplemental Offering Document of HBL Investment Fund
3. Fifth Supplemental Offering Document of HBL Equity Fund
4. Fifth Supplemental Offering Document of HBL Islamic Equity Fund
5. Fifth Supplemental Offering Document of HBL Energy Fund
6. Eleventh Supplemental Offering Document of HBL Income Fund
All the aforementioned Offering Documents can be viewed at www.hblasset.com
The Consolidated Offering Documents of the Funds have been amended and are available on our website.
The aforementioned amendments have been made with the consent of CDC (Trustee) and the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP).
The notice is being given to all unit holders in compliance with consent issued by SECP and as per the regulation 67 (J) of the Non-Banking Finance Companies and Notified Entities Regulations, 2008 and the constitutive documents of the Fund.
The changes in the Offering Documents of mentioned Funds would be effective from September 08, 2022.
