Notice for the Change in Offering Document of HBL Islamic Asset Allocation Fund and Launch of HBL – Islamic Asset Allocation Fund Plan – II

Unit holders of HBL Islamic Asset Allocation Fund are hereby notified a change in the exposure limits of “Shariah Compliant Listed Equity Securities” in the authorized investments table of the Offering Document for the fund.
It is also hereby notified to the prospective investors of the launch of HBL Islamic Asset Allocation Fund – Plan II under HBL IAAF.
With regards to these changes the Supplemental Offering Documents can be viewed at www.hblasset.com
The Consolidated Offering Document of the Fund has been amended and is available on our website.
The aforementioned amendments have been made with Trustee and the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan’s (SECP) consent.
The notice is being given to all unit holders in compliance with consent issued by SECP and as per the regulation 44 (7) of the Non-Banking Finance Companies and Notified Entities Regulations, 2008 and the constitutive documents of the Fund.
The changes in HBL Islamic Asset Allocation Fund’s Authorized investment would be effective from May 05, 2022, whereas, the plan can be launched after one week of this notice to the prospective clients for studying the offering document in accordance with SECP’s consent.
