Unit Holders of the HBL Islamic Savings Fund Plan-I are hereby notified that the pricing mechanism of the Fund has been revised from forward pricing to backward pricing.

The Third Supplemental & Consolidated Offering Document of the Fund has been amended and is also available at: www.hblasset.com
This amendment has been made with the consent of CDC Trustee and the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP).
This notice is being issued to all Unit Holders in compliance with the approval received from SECP on November 28, 2025.
The amendments in the Third Supplemental Offering Document of HBL Islamic Savings Fund Plan-I shall be effective from December 15, 2025.
