Unit Holders of HBL Islamic Savings Fund Plan-I are hereby notified that the pricing mechanism of the fund has been revised from forward pricing to backward pricing.
The Consolidated Offering Document is available at www.hblasset.com
The Third Supplemental & Consolidated Offering Document of the Fund has been amended and is available on our website at www.hblasset.com
The aforementioned amendment has been made with the consent of CDC Trustee and the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP).
The notice is being given to all unit holders in compliance with approval received by SECP on Jul 14, 2026.
Please be informed that the amendments in the Third Supplemental Offering Document of HBL Islamic Savings Fund Plan-I shall be effective from July 22, 2026.
