Unit Holders of HBL Regular Income Fund are hereby notified that the Fund is being converted from a Daily Dividend Fund to a Regular Income Fund.
Please be informed that the conversion of HBL Regular Income Fund from a Daily Dividend Fund to a Regular Income Fund shall be effective from September 10, 2026.
All other terms and conditions of the Fund shall remain unchanged, except to the extent required to give effect to the aforesaid conversion.
