Notice for Change in Authorized Investments of HBL Islamic Asset Allocation Fund and HBL – Islamic Asset Allocation Fund Plan – I

Unit holders of HBL Islamic Asset Allocation Fund and HBL Islamic Asset Allocation Fund Plan – I are hereby notified that the management has changed the Min. entity rating and Min. instrument rating of “Secured and Unsecured (listed and/or privately placed) Sukuks of both the fund and plan whereas the exposure limit has just been changed for HBL Islamic Asset Allocation Fund.” in the Offering Document of the fund.

The aforementioned amendment has been made via 10th Supplemental Offering Document of HBL Islamic Asset Allocation Fund & HBL Islamic Asset Allocation Fund Plan – I with Trustee consent, Shariah Advisor consent and approval of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan.

The notice is being given to all unit holders in compliance with regulation 44 (7) of the Non-Banking Finance Companies and Notified Entities Regulations, 2008 and the constitutive documents of the Fund.

These changes would be effective from 06 May 2021.
