Notice for Change in Offering Documents of HBL Cash Fund (HBL CF) HBL Money Market Fund (HBL MMF) HBL Islamic Money Market Fund (HBL IMMF)

Unit Holders of HBL Cash Fund (HBL CF), HBL Money Market Fund (HBL MMF) & HBL Islamic Money Market Fund (HBL IMMF) are hereby notified that the Offering Documents of said Funds will be amended in line with SECP Direction No. 17 of 2023 dated 6th December 2023.
The investment policy of said Funds will be enabled to allow Fund’s exposure in the Government Debt Securities with a maturity up to 12 months which was earlier limited to 6 months.
Above change will be effective from Friday, 8th December, 2023 through this notice.
The relevant Supplementary Offering Document reflecting above changes will be available on the company website www.hblasset.com after approval from SECP.
