Position Description
The role will coordinate with end-user relationships while responding to both critical and routine application support requests. It will also interface with vendors and consultants for development and support.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for internal and external applications, ensuring timely issue resolution.
- Perform routine monitoring and maintenance to ensure application performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application-related problems, including database and API issues.
- Work with end users to understand issues, collect requirements, and implement solutions.
- Maintain application configurations to ensure smooth operation and security.
- Develop, test, and implement application enhancements and new features based on business needs.
- Integrate APIs between internal and external systems.
- Collaborate with vendors and business teams to design and implement improvements.
- Develop basic queries to extract data from the Oracle database.
- Assist in the audit process by maintaining accurate records of application configurations, updates, and changes.
Required Competencies
To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:
- Knowledge and experience with .NET, REST APIs, and Oracle database queries (SQL, PL/SQL).
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Required Education & Experience
- Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline from a reputable / HEC-recognized institution.
- Preferred: Master’s degree in a relevant discipline (a plus).
- Experience: 2 – 5 years of relevant experience.
