Unit holders of the HBL Government Securities Fund (HBL GSF) are hereby notified that the Management Company has made certain amendments in the Offering Document of HBL GSF.

The aforementioned amendments have been made via 6th Supplement Offering Document of HBL GSF which can be viewed at www.hblasset.com

The aforementioned amendments have been made with Trustees’ consent, followed by an intimation to the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP).

The notice is being given to all unit holders in compliance with regulation 44 of the Non-Banking Finance Companies and Notified Entities Regulations, 2008 and the constitutive documents of the Fund.

These changes would be effective from 23rd November, 2021.
