HBL Asset Management Limited has decided to commence the subscription period of (HBL Livestock Fund) in line with SECP approval received dated June 13, 2024.

The subscription period will start on Thursday June 20th, 2024 during the banking hours for maximum of 4 weeks and the duration of subscription period may be reduced by the Management Company with intimation to the Trustee and prior approval of the Commission.

At the close of subscription period, maximum of PKR1.5 Billion will be raised as per SECP approval for the Restated Offering Document of the Fund.

The subscription requests will be treated on first come first serve basis during the period.

Unit Holders of HBL Islamic Fixed Term Fund are hereby notified a change in the Offering Document with reference to SECP approval of extension in validity of the Offering Document dated July 11, 2024. 

The Consolidated Offering Document of the Fund has been amended and is available on our website at www.hblasset.com. 

The contents of the Offering Document remains unchanged with the earlier approval. The notice is being given to all unit holders in compliance with consent issued by SECP under Non-Banking Finance Companies and Notified Entities Regulations, 2008 and the constitutive document of the Fund.
