Restated Trust Deeds – Approval Intimation to the Certificate Holders of PICIC Growth Fund and PICIC Investment Fund

The Certificate Holders of PICIC Growth Fund and PICIC Investment Fund are hereby informed that the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) has approved Restated Trust Deeds of both funds. The restatement of Trust Deed is part of the ongoing process relating to the conversion of both funds from Closed End Fund to Open End Scheme as per Conversion Plans approved by the Certificate Holders.
