Manager/Senior Manager Corporate Sales

Position Description:

Responsible for dealing with Corporate cliental while presenting the company’s products & services to ensure business growth.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and establish high-value sales opportunities through strategic cold calling, networking, market mapping, relationship building, and targeted field activities.
  • Achieve sales targets through acquisition of new clients and growing business from existing clients.
  • Build and manage a robust corporate client database. Take full ownership of lead generation, qualification, and conversion to closure.
  • Develop compelling sales presentations and proposals backed by in-depth market research and competitive analysis.
  • Engage with senior decision-makers to understand business needs, present tailored solutions, and deliver a consultative sales approach.
  • Foster long-term relationships with key clients to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
  • Recommending new products or services to existing clients / new clientele to increase business opportunities with them.
  • Identify opportunities to introduce additional products or services to maximize account value and deepen client engagement.
  • Support the Prestige team of Multan for closing deals.
  • Execute additional tasks and strategic initiatives as assigned by leadership

  • Strong business acumen and industry exposure.

Required Education & Experience: 

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification from any HEC recognized or well reputed university.
  • CMFD qualification is preferred.
  • Preferably 10-12 years of relevant experience in the AMC industry or Financial sector
