Sales Coordinator

Position Description:

The position will assist the RBH – Central on day-to-day tasks and provide customer services to corporate clients in the Central region.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for continuously improving the standards of client service.
  • Ensure that all compliance (including AML/KYC) and regulatory requirements are fulfilled while customers are onboarded.
  • Follow up with corporate clients and provide pre & post sales service to existing and new clients.
  • Ensure adequacy and availability of sales-related material, forms, and all documents.
  • Coordinate the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.
  • Assist immediate supervisor in day-to-day sales activities.
  • Perform any other task assigned by the supervisor.

Required Competencies:

  • Basic knowledge of the mutual fund industry.
  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Strong selling skills.
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills.

Required Education & Experience:

  • Minimum Graduate or any other equivalent qualification from any HEC recognized or well reputed university.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.
