Notice for the Change in Offering Document of HBL Pension Fund & HBL Islamic Pension Fund

Unit holders of the HBL Pension Fund (HBL-PF) and HBL Islamic Pension (HBL-IPF) Fund are hereby notified that the Management Company has made certain amendments in the Offering Document of HBL – PF and HBL – IPF.
The aforementioned amendments have been made via 4th and 5th Supplement Offering Document of HBL-PF and HBL-IPF respectively which can be viewed at www.hblasset.com
The aforementioned amendments have been made with Trustee’s consent, followed by an intimation to the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP).

The notice is being given to all unit holders in compliance with SECP’s Circular No. 12 of 2021, dated April 06, 2021, subject: Investment and Allocation Policies for Pension Funds Authorized under the Voluntary Pension System Rules, 2005 and the constitutive documents of the Funds.
These changes would be effective immediately.
